NC inhibited Hedgehog pathway in MDA-MB-468 and MCF-7 cell lines. Cells were treated with various concentrations of NC for indicated time. a The Gli1, Gli2, Smo and Patched1 proteins were examined by western blot in both cells. b Treatment of both cell lines with NC (0, 1.0, or 2.5 μM) for 48 h resulted in a significant inhibit the activation of Hedgehog signaling pathway in a dose-dependent manner, β-actin was used as a loading control. c Then, the expressions of Gli1 and Smo were determined by real-time PCR with GAPDH as a loading control. Results are presented as mean ± SD
