Involvement of TLR2 in rDP2-induced apoptosis of BEAS-2B. Cells were transfected with siRNA against TLR2 or control siRNA (siCrtl) for 72 h, treated with rDP2 or GST for 24 h, and then was subjected to PI/annexin V staining with flow cytometric analysis. Three independent experiments were performed for statistical analysis. #p < 0.05 as compared to GST treatment. **p < 0.01 as compared to 40 μg/mL rDP2 + siCrtl treatment
