The treatment with PI3K inhibitor or rapamycin lasted for 96 h, DMSO was used as control. c Coimmunofluorescent staining of PLZF and UTF1 in SSCs treated with PI3K inhibitor, rapamycin or DMSO, showed that the PI3K signal pathway inhibition induced PLZF but reduced UTF1 expression (scale bar is 20 µm).
