From: miRNA signature of unfolded protein response in H9c2 rat cardiomyoblasts
Effect of miR-7a on induction of UPR-target genes. H9c2 cells transfected with control miR or miR-7a were left untreated or treated with (1 μg/ml) for 24 hours. The change in expression levels of ER stress markers was measured by qRT-PCR normalizing against GAPDH expression. The expression levels relative to the untreated control are shown.
